Product Defective, The product was damaged at the time of receipt; the product was incorrect. Did not receive the product within 7 days.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase. The deadline for canceling an order is 15 days from the date on which you received the goods.
